Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using the TrailMov website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service Description

  • TrailMov provides visualization of GPX/FIT track files, 3D route animation generation, and export services.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account, including safeguarding your password.
  • The registration information you provide must be accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

User Content

  • You retain all rights to the content you upload (track files, photos, videos).
  • You grant us a limited license to use this content as necessary to provide the service (e.g., rendering animations, storing files).
  • You may not upload content that infringes on third-party rights, is illegal, or is inappropriate.

Membership and Payments

  • Certain premium features require a paid membership. Membership pricing and benefits are detailed on the Membership Center page.
  • Transactions processed through the Creem payment platform are subject to their terms of service.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Please contact customer service to cancel your subscription.

Limitation of Liability

  • TrailMov provides services on an "AS IS" basis without any warranties, express or implied.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Intellectual Property

  • The TrailMov name, logo, website interface design, and source code are our intellectual property.
  • You may freely share the animated videos you generate, but you may not remove the TrailMov watermark (free version).

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via website announcement or email.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
